TRUNK SHOW RULES

Our Facebook live trunk shows are fast and fun! So it’s good to have an idea of how you can “get on board” without losing a step. Here’s a guide to how it works, and the info that you’ll need to provide. We hope to see you there in the feed!!

HOW TO MAKE PURCHASES DURING THE LIVE SHOW!

* Each item will be numbered (and the price will be shared) 

* If you would like to buy an item simply post the item number in the comments feed.

* Items sell first come first served based on our review of the comments feed. You may or may not get your claim, or you could get part of your claims, or possibly all of your claims. In the end we figure out who receives the claims based on my facebook feed to make the final call. We know that everyone’s feed reads differently due to internet connectivity and algorithms.

*  IMPT. in order to claim your items you must email Susan@amybutlerdesign.com  at the end of the show with the following information:

* Make sure you get Susan’s email typed correctly - we don’t want to miss you.

*  Include BOTH Your Full Name and Facebook Name in the Subject title of your email.  We discovered that many people’s names differ from their names on their Facebook accounts.

* Include your Full Name and Facebook Name

* Mailing Address

* Cell phone #

* List of item #s  that you claimed so we can cross reference on our end

* If you want your potential shipment insured let Susan know and she can include that in your potential invoice cost

* We need to receive your email preferably the day of the show / no later than Monday morning.

* Once you send Susan and email, you’ll receive an auto response message from her confirming receipt of your email. If you do not, be sure to check your Spam folder. 

*  Please note, because you received this auto response does not mean you have won any claims. 

* Check your inbox and Spam folder Monday - Thursday . If you won claims, Susan will be sending PayPal invoices. 

* We ask that you also check your Facebook Messenger messages.

* If you do receive an invoice  be sure to pay it ASAP. If you do not pay as soon as possible you run the risk of losing your items. 

* Once we receive your payment we will ship right away.
